This position involves preparation of equipment, identification and assessment of patient conditions, establishment and maintenance of a sterile environment, and professional practice and preceptorship for new hires and radiology students.
The ideal candidate will possess certification in Radiologic Technology and extensive knowledge of patient assessment and support within a Cath Lab setting. Qualifications also include graduation from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program, one year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred, registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Life Support within six months of hire.
