About the Role
The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on the Medical Unit. As a Registered Nurse on our unit, you will work night shifts providing comprehensive medical/surgical care to adult patients with complex conditions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Evaluate patient assessment data to develop effective care plans.
- Implement care strategies and prioritize tasks to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care.
- Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect nursing care as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining required.
- Prior experience in healthcare is preferred but not necessary, as new graduates can participate in Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
