Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments of patient conditions
- Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Dietitian in Oklahoma
