At our Med / Surg Observation Unit, we are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional patient care. This fast-paced, 24-bed telemetry / medical-surgical unit focuses on treating common conditions such as chest pain, syncope, congestive heart failure, pneumonia, and diabetes. With a supportive care team consisting of charge nurses and unit assistants, you will benefit from a collaborative environment that ensures the best outcomes for our patients.
Compensation Package :
- Flat rate : $28 / hr
- Evening differential : $2.00 / hr
- Night differential : $2.50 / hr
- Weekend differential : $2.50 / hr
Our nurse-to-patient ratio ranges from 4-6 patients, depending on acuity, allowing for focused and direct patient care. New hires will undergo a comprehensive 6-8 week orientation led by dedicated preceptors, alongside classroom courses and a nurse residency program tailored for new graduates.
