We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team, providing medical and surgical care to adult patients with diverse health conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing direct and indirect nursing care, prioritizing tasks based on patient needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support training
