Compensation/Benefits
- $13.21-$21.58/hr depending on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $1.50/hr.
- Night differential $1.75/hr.
- Weekend differential $1.75/hr.

Our 4 North team provides medical/surgical care to adult populations with a wide variety of complex medical conditions. We focus our efforts on restoring optimal physical and mental well-being in each unique situation with a constant goal of maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our patients. Our unit consists of 26 med/surg tele beds and provides post-op colorectal care. We are looking for a high-energy PCT with excellent communication skills to join our team of healers!
Job Summary
- Assists patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent GED.
- Certification as a nursing assistant or 6 months of recent experience as a nursing assistant.
Experience
- Required to be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants must have a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for this requirement.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure/Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Advanced Unlicensed Assistant (AUA) certification preferred.
- Training and competencies specific to a department may be required to be maintained during employment.
