Clinical Leadership
Norman Regional Health System seeks a seasoned Radiologic Technologist to lead our innovative cardiovascular program. As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS, you will be responsible for providing expert procedural support, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring seamless patient care.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff, and engaging in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical expertise.
- Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
- Procedural Support: Provide procedural support, including equipment preparation and maintenance of a sterile environment.
- Patient Care: Assess patient condition and provide appropriate care.
Requirements
- Education: Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS.
- Experience: Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
- Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS) training required, Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire.
