Responsibilities
As a CV Rad Technologist, your primary responsibilities will include preparing equipment and providing patient care during cardiovascular procedures. You will work closely with our cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure the highest quality patient care. Additionally, you will serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and development.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program. Previous experience working in a Cath Lab is preferred, but not required. You must also be registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Basic Life Support certification is required, and Advanced Life Support certification is desired within six months of hire.
