Our future move to a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower promises exciting opportunities for growth and development. The new facility will feature cutting-edge technology, including three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. - Preparation of equipment before and during procedures.
- Patient assessment, preparation, positioning, and care delivery.
- Establishment and maintenance of a sterile environment.
- Professional Practice.
- Preceptorship for new hires and radiology students, with participation in the orientation of new staff.
- Effective utilization of downtime through room stocking, equipment checking, and completion of delegated tasks assigned by Charge person or manager.
- Maintenance of strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
- Completion of Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months.
- Completion of all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months.
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, eligible for and/or holding current RCIS registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
- Previous Procedural Area experience is preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology - Registered and/or RCIS.
- Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained through re-training for the duration of employment.
- ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment.
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience
