Key Responsibilities
* Prepare equipment before and during procedures* Identify and assess patient condition. Prepare, position, and provide patient care* Establish and maintain a sterile environment* Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff* Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager* Maintain strong professional working relationship with the physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a completion of 24 month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS, previous procedural area experience preferred, and certifications such as Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Life Support (ACLS).
