Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Rad Technologist to join our team in the Cath Lab. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. You will also be responsible for precepting new hires and radiology students, as well as participating in the orientation of new staff.
Key Qualifications
• Graduate degree from an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program
• One year of experience working in a Cath Lab (preferred)
• Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or hold registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training (achieved within six months of hire)
