Job Role:
The Rad Technologist plays a critical role in supporting cardiovascular procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of procedural areas, including sterilization and cleaning
- Direct patient care, including positioning, preparation, and assessment
- Collaboration with interprofessional teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Education and training of new hires and students
Requirements:
- Formal education in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Program
- Professional certifications, including ARRT registration and/or RCIS
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Cath Lab environment
- Life support certifications, including BLS and ACLS
