Key Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment and maintain a sterile environment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in educational programs and provide mentorship to new staff members.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and share best practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or a 24-month formal program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support within six months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
