Electrophysiology and Interventional Radiology Technologist
Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Technologist to join our innovative cardiovascular program. As an Electrophysiology and Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing and operating equipment during cardiovascular procedures while providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participate in the orientation of new staff.
- Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
