As a Radial Technologist in Cardiovascular Medicine, you will serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures
- Identifying and assessing patient conditions, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care
- Establishing and maintaining a sterile environment
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff
- Utilizing downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager
- Maintaining strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership
