The Diagnostic Technologist – Cath Lab plays a vital role in preparing equipment and providing patient care in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment. This demanding position requires maintaining a sterile environment, evaluating patient conditions, and serving as a preceptor for new hires.

Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Evaluating patient conditions and providing patient care.
- Maintaining a sterile environment.
- Professional Practice
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Using downtime to stock rooms, check equipment, and perform other delegated tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists – ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
