Radiologic Technologist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our cardiology department at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and operating imaging equipment during cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of equipment before and during procedures
- Identification and assessment of patient condition
- Maintenance of a sterile environment
- Participation in the training of new staff
- Collaboration with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure high-quality care
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in radiologic technology and cardiovascular procedures, as well as certification in Radiologic Technology and registration from the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certifications are also required.
