Catheterization Laboratory Technologist Job Description
">This position plays a vital role in the innovative cardiovascular program at Norman Regional Health System, preparing and assisting in procedures while ensuring a sterile environment and excellent patient care.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Required Qualifications
">- Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program or military equivalent.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or RCIS certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire.
