Responsibilities
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist at Norman Regional Health System will be responsible for preparing equipment for cardiovascular procedures, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. This individual will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks.
A strong understanding of patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Cath Lab environment and be registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists or hold registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
