Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures
* Assess patient conditions, prepare, position, and provide patient care
* Develop and maintain a sterile environment
* Train and mentor new staff members, participate in their orientation
* Foster positive working relationships with physicians and leadership to enhance patient care outcomes
Requirements
* Completed 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with ARRT eligibility and/or current RCIS
* Prior Procedural Area experience an asset
* Registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technology and/or RCIS
* Certification in Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training during orientation, Current BLS throughout employment
* ACLS training within 6 months of hire, maintained throughout employment
