Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include preparing equipment, identifying and assessing patient condition, establishing and maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with physicians to facilitate excellent patient care. Additionally, you will serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and maintain strong professional working relationships with leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program, with registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS is essential. Previous procedural area experience and Basic Life Support certification are also required, with Advanced Life Support training to be achieved within six months of hire.
