We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain strong working relationships with physicians and leadership.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and providing patient care while maintaining a sterile environment.
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures
- Identifies and assesses patient condition
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Participates in the orientation of new staff
Key Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- At least one year of experience working in a Cath Lab
- Registration from the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
