Key responsibilities include serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, using downtime appropriately, and maintaining a strong professional relationship with physicians and leadership. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in radiologic technology, completion of a formal program, and current certification as a Registered Technologist with the ARRT.
