The Norman Regional Health System is nestled at the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area, offering an innovative cardiovascular program and a range of career opportunities in healthcare. With an upcoming move to our state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower, we will feature three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. Our team consists of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists.

- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participate in the orientation of new staff members
- Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks
- Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, eligible for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration or current RCIS certification
- Previous procedural area experience is preferred
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology, registered and/or RCIS certification, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required to be maintained through re-training for duration of employment, ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained through duration of employment
