What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Technologist - Cath Lab Expert position at Norman Regional Health System?
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition. Prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participate in the orientation of new staff.
- Maintain a strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (may be required).
