Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Radiologic Technologist in the Cath Lab will include:
- Preparing equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Assessing patient conditions and providing personalized care.
- Maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- A degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
