About the Role
This Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist position involves preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures. You will work collaboratively with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists to provide high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care.
- Establishing and maintaining a sterile environment.
You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by the Charge person or manager.
