Norman Regional Health System has emerged as a beacon of workplace excellence. Our innovative cardiovascular program is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team.
Our state-of-the-art medical facility features three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. We work closely with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care.
- Maintaining a sterile environment.
- Participating in preceptoring new hires and radiology students.
- Maintaining strong relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
What You Need to Succeed
- Formal education in Radiologic Technology.
- Previous experience in Procedural Areas preferred.
- Eligible and/or registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist - ARRT or RCIS.
- BLS training or re-training required during orientation.
- Maintenance of BLS certification throughout employment.
- ACLS training completion within 6 months of hire.
