What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Technologist - Cath Lab position at Norman Regional Health System?
As a Radiologic Technologist in our Cardiovascular Program, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring a sterile environment
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and serve as a preceptor for radiology students
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
