As a Radiologic Technologist in the Cath Lab, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, positioning patients, and maintaining a sterile environment. You will also collaborate with cardiologists and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Prepare and position equipment for imaging procedures.
- Assess patient conditions and provide personalized care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
