Job Summary
This role involves preparing and operating imaging equipment during cardiovascular procedures while maintaining a sterile environment. You will collaborate closely with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition, prepares, positions, and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
- Participates in the orientation of new staff and serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with ARRT eligible and/or current RCIS.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
