- Prepare equipment before and during procedures, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Assess patient conditions, prepare, position, and provide patient care, prioritizing the safety and well-being of each individual.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout cardiovascular procedures, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month formal program in Radiologic Technology or a military program.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- BLS and ACLS training required.
