What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Technologist CV Lab position at Norman Regional Health System?
The CV Rad Technologist - RCIS plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cardiologists and staff to establish and maintain a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and maintaining equipment for use during procedures
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient outcomes
- Providing patient care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, and participating in the orientation of new staff members

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Registration from the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
