What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Technologist for Cardiovascular Procedures position at Norman Regional Health System?
- Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within six months.
- Complete all competencies listed in department policy within six months.
A formal education program in Radiologic Technology or a military equivalent, accompanied by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification, is required. Previous experience in procedural areas is preferred but not necessary for consideration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training is mandatory prior to providing patient care, and Current BLS certification must be maintained throughout employment. Additionally, ACLS training should be achieved within six months of hire and maintained thereafter.
