What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Technologist - Interventional Cardiology position at Norman Regional Health System?
Qualifications
To succeed as a Radiologic Technologist in our Interventional Cardiology department, you will need to demonstrate a strong foundation in radiologic technology, with a focus on cardiovascular procedures. A 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology, along with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification, is required. Previous procedural area experience is preferred, but not necessary for consideration. You will also need to hold American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, with Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification being highly desirable. Basic Life Support (BLS) training is mandatory, and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training must be achieved within six months of hire and maintained throughout your tenure. Upon successful completion of our competency assessment, you will be recognized as a valuable member of our team.
