Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist in cardiovascular procedures while ensuring patient care and maintaining a sterile environment
- Collaborate with cardiologists and participate in training new staff
- Contribute to delivering innovative cardiovascular care in a state-of-the-art facility, adhering to rigorous accreditation standards
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support certifications required within 6 months of hire
