- As a preceptor, you will play a key role in mentoring new hires and radiology students, promoting knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Utilizing downtime effectively enables you to complete tasks such as restocking, equipment checks, and other delegated duties.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians and leadership is vital to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the organization's mission.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree from an accredited Radiography or Cardiovascular Program is necessary.
- Prior experience working in a Cath Lab is desirable but not mandatory.
- Registration with ARRT or CCI – RCIS is a requirement, along with BLS certification.
- ACLS certification is necessary within 6 months of employment.
