The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will play a vital role in our cardiovascular program, responsible for preparing and positioning patients for procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with cardiologists and medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment and supplies for procedures
- Assess patient conditions and prepare patients for care
- Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with cardiologists and medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to maintain certifications and stay current with industry developments
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
