Expertise Required: Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist
Norman Regional Health System is looking for a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our cardiovascular team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience working in a cath lab setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Assess patient conditions and prepare patients for procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and perform related tasks.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
