Norman Regional Health System is a leader in cardiovascular care, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technology Professional to join our team. As a Rad Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of patient care in our catheterization labs.
You will prepare equipment, assess patient condition, and maintain a sterile environment during procedures. We value candidates with previous experience in procedural areas, particularly in cath labs, and who hold relevant certifications, such as ARRT or RCIS.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in radiologic or cardiovascular technology and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists to ensure seamless operations and outstanding patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition
- Provide patient care and support during procedures
- Maintain a sterile environment during procedures
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited radiographic or cardiovascular program
- Registered as a Radiographer with ARRT or RCIS
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
