Job Summary:
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will play a crucial role in our cardiovascular program. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment, providing patient care, and ensuring a sterile environment during procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Assess patient condition and provide appropriate care.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Use downtime effectively by completing assigned tasks.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with physicians and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Preferred experience working in a Cath Lab setting.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
Salary : $28 - $45
