Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and radiology students.
- Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks.
Requirements:
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology.
- Eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration or current RCIS certification.
- Previous Procedural Area experience is preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration or current RCIS certification.
- Basic Life Support training or re-training prior to providing patient care.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
Compensation:
- $27.84-$45.46/hour based on previous work experience.
