Role Summary
Norman Regional Health System seeks a skilled Radiologic Technology Specialist to join our Cath Lab team. In this role, you will prepare and operate specialized equipment for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and care. You will work collaboratively with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and position patients for procedures
* Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
* Eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registration
* Previous experience in a Procedural Area setting preferred
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
* ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire
