The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist works closely with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure high-quality cardiovascular procedures. This position involves preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment while also serving as a preceptor for new staff members.
Key Duties
- Equipment setup and maintenance
- Patient evaluation and care

- Utilizing downtime effectively
Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Previous Cath Lab experience preferred
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months
