Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and providing care during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assess patient condition, preparing and positioning them for care, and establishing a rapport to build trust.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
Professional Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold a formal education in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
- Possess certification as a Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- Have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS training achieved within six months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
