Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Surgical Technologist at Norman Regional Health System, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or five consecutive years of training/experience as a surgical tech
- Achieved national certification in surgical technology (highly preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for duration of employment
- ALS training required within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout duration of employment
- Oklahoma LPN license required if applicable
