Job Opportunity for Radiologic Technologists
Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our Catheterization Laboratory team. As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and providing quality patient care in a sterile environment.
This role involves working closely with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists in a state-of-the-art facility. You will have the opportunity to train new hires and students, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of patient care.
We are looking for a candidate with a background in Radiologic Technology, who holds appropriate certifications, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Main Duties:
- Prepare equipment and materials for procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or RCIS certification
- Basic Life Support training required
