What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vascular Interventional Radiology Technician position at Norman Regional Health System?
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a relevant Radiologic Technology certification and complete necessary training within the first six months of employment. A graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program is required, along with one year of experience working in a Cath Lab environment. Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS is also essential. Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support certifications must be achieved within six months of hire.
