Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Preparation: Prepare and test all necessary equipment before and during procedures.
- Patient Care: Identify and assess patient conditions, prepare and position patients for procedures, and provide high-quality patient care.
- Preceptorship: Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff and ensuring they receive comprehensive training.
- Downtime Utilization: Effectively utilize downtime by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks assigned by Charge person or manager.
- Professional Relationships: Promote strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure exceptional patient care.
