We are looking for a Fine Dining Manager to join our award-winning restaurant team. This isn’t just a management role—it’s a brand leadership position. As the Fine Dining Manager, you’ll serve as a key ambassador of the NORMAN'S brand identity, shaping the guest experience while strategically growing sales through community engagement, and high-impact hospitality initiatives. We need someone who is passionate about hospitality, but also laser-focused on increasing sales and driving revenue growth. You’ll lead a passionate front-of-house team and collaborate closely with marketing, events, and culinary departments to bring the NORMAN'S vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations with a hospitality-first, brand-centric approach
- Drive revenue by elevating guest experiences, developing unique service touchpoints, and fostering repeat business
- Partner with marketing to increase local and regional brand visibility
- Build relationships with influencers, concierges, hospitality partners, and high-value clientele
- Collaborate on menu presentations and service elements that reflect NORMAN'S brand
- Champion guest feedback and reputation management across review and social platforms.
Qualifications (Who You Are)
- 3 years in luxury or fine dining restaurant management
- A natural storyteller with a flair for guest engagement
- Sales-driven with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality culture
- Collaborative, creative, and excited to lead brand-defining in-house initiatives
- Knowledgeable in wine, food, and elevated service standards
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in POS, reservations, CRM, and digital tools
